Rosary

I use a rosary to pray but I'm not Catholic. I don't use a rosary in the traditional Catholic way either, doing "hail mary's" and what-not. Instead, I just use every bead as an improvised prayer. I have one prayer that I recite when I pray the cross:" This cross is a memory tool: to never forget Your sacrifice and to remember that to walk in Your footsteps requires sacrifice.”The purpose of me using a rosary is that it helps me focus on praying. It also has allowed me to create my own personal, intimate tradition of prayer. It's helped me a lot and I definitely recommend it.
